How are the food products packaged for shipping?
All perishable items are shipped in insulated thermal packaging with non-toxic gel ice packs to ensure they remain at a safe, chilled temperature during transit.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Most of our products have a chilled shelf life of 14 to 21 days from the date of production. Specific 'use by' dates are clearly printed on each individual pack.
Can I freeze the products upon arrival?
Yes, our products are suitable for home freezing. We recommend freezing them on the day of delivery and consuming within 6 months for the best quality.
Do you offer international shipping?
Due to the perishable nature of our food items and strict customs regulations, we currently only offer shipping within the domestic mainland.
What should I do if my order is damaged or delayed?
If your order arrives damaged or is significantly delayed, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours with your order number and photos of the packaging.
