Lollipop Lobster

These delicious shell fish are known as “lollipop lobsters” because they are cooked then frozen in a tube of water, a bit like a popsicle. This keeps the flesh in fantastic order and stops the meat from drying out through the porous shell

These lobsters can be thawed out overnight in the fridge then cracked open to reveal the delicious cooked meat.
