The Macallan Harmony Collection No. 5 – Jing is a 43.9% ABV single malt inspired by JING’s Phoenix Honey Orchid, a rare and complex tea with lush dessert wine aromas and exotic fruit notes. Presented in a box crafted using repurposed waste tea leaves, this release reflects a shared commitment to quality and sustainability. Predominantly matured in sherry-seasoned American oak casks, with additional influence from sherry-seasoned European oak and ex-bourbon American oak, it opens with aromas of peach, apricot, floral honey, tropical fruits, toffee and sweet oak. The palate brings peaches in rich syrup, warm citrus, toffee and light floral tones, leading to a delicate leafy astringency. The finish is fruity, sweet and complex, embodying the elegance of both fine whisky and exceptional tea.
